Hults Bruk Aneby Hatchet

Hults Bruk Aneby Hatchet with 20" handle is a stout medium sized hatchet designed to offer considerable power and leverage making it ideal for hunters to carry out animal skinning and other tasks. Additionally, it is ideally suited for light forest work. The axe head weighs 1.75 lbs. The Aneby's Hatchet’s head is the product of blasted and clear-lacquered ironwork and the curved shaft is made of US-sourced hickory. The handle is treated with linseed oil. Product comes with traditional leather protective sheath, its own storage box and a detailed user’s manual.

• The axe head is hand-forged and made from Swedish axe steel in a foundry that has been in operation since 1697.
• The steel is struck multiple times thereby increasing its density and resulting in more durability of the axe.
• The head has a tempered zone designed to hold a very sharp edge even after many sharpenings.
