Mag-Bit® 728 Timber Bits are designed for anyone who needs a deep hole or a long reach and are perfect for applications such as log homes, trees (arborists), railroad ties (landscape contractors), dock building, bulkheads, remodeling/renovation, wood play-set manufacturing, and post and beam construction. The double flute and double spur design assure clean holes and quick chip removal. Back-tapered to prevent binding in deep holes, these bits are machined on a true center for less run-out and prevent “wandering” in the workplace. Bits 5/8" and larger accept Mag-Bit Countershark, counter bore tools.
