Shipping Policy


General Shipping Policy

All orders under $99 will be charged freight and related surcharges and fees (ancillary, accessorial, value-added, etc). These costs are added to the invoice and are the responsibility of the customer. Orders TOO HEAVY to be removed from delivery vehicle by hand and delivered to residential or commercial areas with no docks or forklifts, may incur a lift-gate charge. Please notify us in advance if you require a lift-gate and / or residential or limited access delivery so these surcharges may appear on the original invoice. Unforeseen surcharges may appear on a revised or separate invoice.

If an order is lost or damaged in transit, we will re-ship once all the necessary information has been collected, without waiting for the claim to be processed.

Domestic shipments that do not qualify for our Free Shipping offer will be shipped “Best Way”, or by customer’s preferences. USPS estimates are currently not integrated. USPS rates are usually the same or lower than UPS estimates.

International shipments are quoted on an individual basis, depending on destination, weight, and dimensions.

Our Free Shipping Policy Details

Freight (regular ground freight) will be prepaid on all orders at or over $99 to single, commercial shipping points within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories).

OVERSIZED or HEAVYWEIGHT products do not qualify for our Free Shipping offer. 

Also, orders TOO HEAVY to remove from delivery vehicle by hand and delivered to residential or commercial areas with no docks or forklifts, may incur a lift-gate charge. Added surcharges and fees (ancillary, accessorial, value-added, etc.) are not part of our Free Shipping offer and will be invoiced. Please notify us in advance if you require a lift-gate and / or residential or limited access delivery so these surcharges may appear on the original invoice. Unforeseen surcharges may appear on a revised or separate invoice.

Our Free Shipping policy does not apply to INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.

We reserve the right to hold your Free Shipping order until it can be shipped complete. Shipments that qualify for our Free Shipping offer will be shipped using a wide selection of carriers and shipping methods. We will choose the carrier and ship "Best Way". Expedited shipping methods are NOT included in the Free Shipping policy. If “Best Way” for a Free Shipping order is via LTL to a residential address, the freight cost will be free, and the carrier surcharge will appear on the invoice.
