Duckbill
DuckBill® earth anchors are the ground anchoring gold standard, providing both labor and time savings. They are an effective, lightweight, economical solution to any size anchoring application. Patented DuckBill® earth anchors work like toggle bolts in soil. They require no holes, no digging, and minimal soil disturbance. DuckBill® anchors are driven into the ground using either hand tools or small portable power equipment creating a safe and environmentally friendly installation while also demonstrating superior holding capacities. An upward pull on the DuckBill® anchor tendon rotates the DuckBill® into a perpendicular "locked" position in undisturbed soil. DuckBills are manufactured from aluminum alloys and are also available in galvanized ductile iron for hard rocky soils.
